Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance

WEBSITE

Opportunity

The Denver Zoo's website needed to evolve alongside a broader brand refresh while providing a more intuitive experience for visitors. I led the UX/UI redesign by conducting a comprehensive website audit, identifying usability improvements, and reimagining the site's navigation, content hierarchy, and homepage to better support the needs of guests, members, donors, and conservation supporters.

Insight

The audit revealed opportunities to simplify navigation, improve content discoverability, and create a more cohesive digital experience. By refining user flows, modernizing the interface, and aligning the website with the updated brand identity, the redesign made it easier for visitors to explore exhibits, plan visits, support conservation efforts, and engage with the Zoo online.

Impact

The result was a more accessible, user-centered website that better reflects the Denver Zoo's mission and brand. Beyond the redesign, I led content migration, internal quality assurance, and staff training to ensure a seamless launch and empower the team to confidently manage and grow the website moving forward.
